What is inside the Emotional Box?
A personal selection of beauty, selfcare and accessories, chosen with your feelings and message in mind. Heartbreak, a fresh start or a happy moment: tell us what you are feeling. The exact contents remain a surprise until you open the box.
How much does the box cost?
CHF 59.90 plus shipping. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.
Where can I leave my message?
On the Emotional Box product page, before the add-to-cart button. Your message is saved with your box in the cart. A few sentences are enough. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
Can I add preferences or exclusions?
Yes. Tell us what you like and list unwanted product types in the exclusions field. Specific brands and products cannot be guaranteed.
Can I give the box as a gift?
Yes. Choose “As a gift” and tell us a little about the recipient and the occasion.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Standard shipping costs CHF 7.50 per order. See our shipping information for details. Shipping & delivery
How does the Emotional Box differ from Scoops?
Your feelings are at the heart of the Emotional Box. We personally choose the products based on your message and preferences. For Scoops, you choose the category and variant, and the products are scooped.
Can I buy all included products individually?
No. Emotional Boxes and Scoops also include products we do not sell individually in our shop. Discover these exclusively as part of your box or Scoop.
